This client applied for a 457 visa in 2014.

After holding the visa for 2 years, she met the requirements for submitting her 186 visa, and we then submitted a 186 (TRT category) nomination and visa application for her.

We were not expecting that her 186 nomination was rejected.

We reviewed the full case and that the decision to deny the nomination was unreasonable and that the client was in full compliance with the requirements of the immigration law for the corresponding visa.

In March 2019, we filed the AAT appeal application for our client.
